Congratulations to Sue Milne, the 1st winner of our monthly prize draw competition. Sue is the long serving and dedicated Office Manager for Delta Simons Environmental Consultants based Lincoln. The F1Group have supported the IT infrastructure at this highly successful organisation for many years assisting with growth and support at new sites as they have been added throughout this period.
As pictured, Sue was visited by Chris Pickles, the Managing Director of the F1Group and presented with a £20 Odeon Cinema voucher.
Sue took the time to rate her experience following the resolution of a number of technical cases through our new Customer Service Portal. We are keen to continue receiving feedback in order to improve our service.
